Ordering Information
Step 1
Collect your photos. If your photos are
scanned on CD please put them in a preferred sequence by assigning a file number
(e.g. 055.jpg). Also on the order form, please note by file number special
instructions for Title Slide pictures, captions, photos that will be used for
Multi-Image Overlays, photos we will use for “Pixel Dust Magic”, where we need
to insert extra scanable items (e.g. ticket stub), music selections, and End
Credit info, if any or all of these are to apply.
For paper photos, slides, or negatives: Please no
photos bigger than 8x10. Please do not send photos in frames or scrapbooks.
We will work our best with optimizing every photo
as needed at no additional charge. Sometimes leaving an old antique photo in its
original condition can add to the emotional impact of the show. You can put them
to a preferred sequence by applying a sticky note on the back of each photo and
numbering it. If you choose, with our talent, we can compile an order to fit the
theme and would please any crowd
Step 2
Make sure you complete the
order and agreement form (PDF format).
And enclose
all your photos and CDs in a Ziploc bag to ensure safety. Use either a padded
envelope with cardboard inserts so your photos do not bend, or better yet, we
recommend enclosing all items in a sturdy box for mailing to avoid any damage
during shipping.

Step 3
The Magic Begins!! We will notify you when your order is completed. You will
then be sent an email requesting that you pay for the order via credit card (PayPal).
If you are paying by check, they require more time to clear and you must include
it in
your order. Expedited orders must be paid by credit card to avoid delay.
